All Applications MUST be received by entry deadlines and be accompanied by ALL paperwork pertaining to your age division (Introduction Form, Activities Report, Letter of Commitment)!!

All Junior, Teen, and Miss contestants must reside in or attend a school in Lake County. All other age divisions are open.

Baby, Toddler, PeeWee, Tiny, Little: Gown or Dressy dress.

Junior, Teen, Miss: Long Gown. Onstage speech, no longer than 45 seconds. (Name, School, Hobbies, Ambition, etc.) & Activities Report.
Note: Junior, Teen, Miss contestants, please review all information and responsibilities prior to sending application.

All Divisions will have a group line up prior to individual modeling.
