Vendor Spaces

Vendor slots are available in 10x10 spaces equipped with electric hookup.

Vendor spaces are contingent upon approval, and will not be granted if selling any offensive, inappropriate, or products related to drugs or alcohol. Vendors must also supply the Lake County Fair with a certificate of Insurance.

Vendor spaces must be open and manned during business hours for the entirety of the Fair.
Weekdays 5:00pm-10:00pm
Weekends: 1:00pm-10:00pm

Please send photos of booth set up and proposed items for sale and certificate of insurance to Crystal@lakecofair.com

Vendors will be notified of approval and sent vendor space invoice via email provided on application.

Vendor Space Application

Please fill out the form below to submit an application.
Vendors must also submit certificate of insurance and photos of products and space set up prior to approval.
Once approved Vendors will receive approval and invoice for rental amount via email.

The cost for Vendor Spaces outlined below will be due no later than March 14, 2025 by 5:00pm.
*If payment is not received Vendors will forfeit their spot to the next application*

10x10: $350.00
20x10: $475
Please reach out to the fair office if requesting any space larger than 20x10.
